Hi Luther, I'm glad to assist you. No, this is for Federal emissions only. We do not carry a 50-state legal type of driver-side catalytic convert, unfortunately. Still, you might need other parts, such as front and rear oxygen sensors. We have the front and rear oxygen sensors with part numbers REPL960906 And SET-REPV960923-2, respectively.
