This part was either unavailable or too pricey at my local brick-and-mortar auto parts stores, so I was glad to be able to get it at all. It was still a bit pricey I think, but then again I am an old guy, and can remember gas at thirty-seven cents per gallon. It was shipped pretty quickly, and arrived in good shape. It was just a tad difficult to install because one of the hanger rods wasn't right, but I fixed it.

Plug and play only change 5 screws and O2 sensor and you are ready to go. Passes all chilean stringent emission tests.
Con: There is no protection for the O2 sensor like the original Catalytic converter so its exposed to damages. Modifications under car must be made to minimize vibration sounds.
