It looked great opening the box; however the box itself was rather boring just plain brown cardboard. It was easier to remove the old converter than it was trying to figure out how to install the new one. The two vertical pipes were aiming towards each other so the use of "doughnuts" had to be bought on top of the cat purchase. Pluse the mounting hardware i had to use what i had laying around the garage; which brings me back to the removal. Upon removal; the studs either broke off and were captured in the mounting flanges of the old converter. So I had to purchase a set of thread chasers and a set of broken stud removers. other than those points the performace and fuel mileage greatly increased; on my 95 truck.
