Absolutely the equal or superior of original equipment, and a much better price. No way to know how it will hold up, but outward appearance is all quality. Magnaflow uses superb accuseal clamps and while the clamp was properly sized the captive tightening bolt was too short to engage threads on nut, so we had to use the familiar u-bolt type clamp. Otherwise a fine stainless product.
