Put on the converter after getting the kit gaskets. Sounded great, some neighbors liked the sound. But had to buy two other gaskets from Toyota dealer and it quieted the system down. Still sounds great but more muted.

Replaced OEM cat due to code P0420. New cat was much louder than OEM. OEM cat had no evidence of clogging and performance seemed about the same with either cat. Sealing gaskets seem a little on the thin side.
