I'm happy with the fit and look of the Magnaflow cat that I installed in my 1992 Ranger with a 2.3L. The price seems crazy, That's the cost of living in CA and having to buy a CARB approved part. I paid $2,000 for my Ranger and $1,400 for the cat. I have a picture of my new bolt in cat next to my old weld in cat. It looks much better with the rest of my new exhaust. MY Ranger did pass it's smog test too. Magnaflow has the only bolt in CARB approved CAT that I could find and they did ship the part the same day I ordered it. Other than the price, I'm happy with the part and the customer service.
