Basically a good unit and it should do the job but doesn't match the original in a number of ways. Number one, the exhaust ports. The original ports are somewhat larger in diameter. The Magnaflow unit has smaller ports thereby restricting the flow of exhaust. As a matter of fact the exhaust gasket ports (holes) overlap the original gasket by at least a quarter inch. Number two, no heat shield over the catalytic and no brackets to install the original. Number three, the bracket doesn't aline with the exhaust pipe. Maybe I'm being too picky, I guess as long as it passes smog.
