The catalytic converter is super easy to install and this specific one the state of Arizona recognizes as a legal cat. Even though the last 3yrs the manga flow 60010 was ok they now decided the 60110 is the one they wanted to see on a f-350 and the 60010 was an off road cat both part#s are by magma flows records are 49 state legal cats and do exactly the same thing and you can see if you hold them side by side the 60110 is a little longer and has a seam around the center the material inside is the same. They have no way to check the cat only ppm on diesels so I'm guessing az is just to close to ca.
