Used this to replace a cheap amazon catalytic converter. This by far works way better and actually keeps the check engine light off. Install was easy.

Fit of it did require some work to get the pipes to match with nice transitions but finished product does work and I am happy given the price is reasonable.

Question: We installed long tube headers but now need to add catalytic converters in order to pass MO state inspection. Would it work to add the one on each side like how the factory does? Will they get hot enough for the O2 sensor if added behind headers?Tony B. / Jul 16, 2023

Hi Albert, I'm glad to assist you. This is for the rear location, underneath the chassis, not on the engine bay location. This is a universal type as well, not a direct-fit part. For us to carefully check and be accurate on the part that you need, please provide the complete information of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, and engine size).
