Good product-has fit issuesDriver Side Catalytic Converter, 2.8L, 6Cyl, Federal Epa Standard, 46-State Legal (Cannot Ship To Ca, Co, Ny Or Me), Oem Grade Series, Direct Fit

End-to-end fit was perfect. Up-stream catalytic converter has larger diameter then OEM, which made installation nearly impossible. Also, downstream O-2 sensor port orientation does not match OEM, which pokes sensor housing into the transfer case on my 4-motion VW Wagon.
