Win #1: To replace a stolen cat, I purchased a CARB-compliant replacement cat from MagnaFlow and received it by FedEx overnight. Win #2: I installed it, sealed up the system, and ran the vehicle through several EPA program drive cycles until DTC clearance. This actually took me a few hours. I confirmed this with my computer.
