Yes. This is a guaranteed fit for your 2007 Honda Accord Special Edition 4 Cyl 2.4L. But you have to be 100% sure by checking the engine family number(11 characters) on the VECI sticker under the hood of your car. The EFN number should be the same as 7hnxv02.4cmc.
