A-Premium's customer service was fantastic and very responsive. The first delivery I received was damaged in shipping but a replacement was received within a couple of days. The customer service team responded quickly to my email and worked the problem for me over the weekend. Amazing! The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is that the steel safe insert into the center console had to be trimmed along the slanted corner on the driver's side to fit properly.

I've not installed this yet, since the original safe was damaged in shipment. But customer service is quickly sending me a replacement. Only a day or two from my sending pictures of damage and labels before the rpelacement is on its way to me. Quick response is very much appreciated.

Very nice safe for my 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum. Easy to install, fits perfectly. This safe is a fraction of the price, of the safe that the Ford dealer sells, but just as good,if not better.
