I purchased this K&N cold air intake kit for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler to increase the hp and improve effeciency. Installation was easy and took me less than an hour to complete. I cannot get over how great it sounds! I noticed after a week thus far that the throttle response has improved dramatically. I have not seen an increase in mpg but I must admit that I have been driving more aggressively with new hp. I wish I would have purchased this sooner.

The heatshield was kind of a bear to install but the product itself is FANTASTIC, I wish that K & N had exhaust systems to match their intake products

I would definetly recommend this to anyone with a WJ. Between this and a Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer I saw wonderful improvements in accerleration and sound. My MPG did not increase( my fault, foot always on the gas now). I love this poduct and will put one on any car I own. Also change your spark plugs before installing the new tube, makes in waaay easier.
