Hi Robert, I'm glad to assist you. It is a choice to add a throttle body spacer. But a cold air intake would be sufficient enough to add more horsepower. There is less benefit by installing a throttle body spacer. The best upgrade with a cold air intake is a free-flowing, larger diameter cat-back exhaust system.
