I installed this part on a 2004 Mercury Marauder with 175K miles on it. The part was a direct replacement. It's appearance was very much like the original Ford part. The Part went in easily enough. The appearance of the part was much like the original ford part. The press fit of the bushings was good and the rubber in the bushing (which is what wears out, or should I say, "gets beat up" on my car) looks firm. Installing these upper arms (along with lower arms) refreshed the ride noticeably for the better. As a note, its only been installed for a week as of this review. Time will tell the true story. As of now, I would recommend this part.
