Hi Valley, I'm glad to assist you. This is a pair of upper control arms driver and passenger side comes with bushings and ball joints already. The ball joint is pressed in to the upper control arms assembly already. Usually, for preventive maintenance, it is best to order the lower ball joints as well since you are replacing the upper control arm with ball joints now. The part number is SET-ARBC282303-2. This one matches with your truck if your front suspension is with a torsion bar spring. There are different control arm designs for the GMC Sierra 1500 depending on the drivetrain. This is for 1999-2004 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD.
