Ordered it on 8/13; was to be delivered on 8/31. Heard nothing as of 8/26 so called carports.com and spoke to two very friendly reps. But in the 1st call, after about 20mins on the phone and one hold over 10mins where I got cut off the line, I was told the shipment is delayed at least 2wks.
I don't mind a delay, but I should not have had to contact them to hear about it. I should have been notified by email or call or however, before I reached out to carparts in that telephone call.
I will give another rating once I finally receive the part.
