This was a replacement at no charge because Dorman has a lifetime warranty. So far so good with this one. I still trust the Dorman brand and believe any product can be defective. Just glad CarParts worked with me to replace without any hassle and the customer service was very kind and helpful. And BTW I called on the Monday before Thanksgiving and had it in my hand on Friday afternoon! I will continue to buy from CarParts.
