It could be several things. Check for control valve, heater core blockage, radiator cap, last radiator not flowing good.

Question: How to tell if temperature sensor or thermostat is faulty on Nissan Murano 2007?Duke W. / Aug 06, 2023
Hi Duke, I'm glad to assist you. The best way is to use an OBD-II scanner to retrieve any stored diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from the vehicle's onboard computer. DTCs related to coolant temperature or thermostat issues can help pinpoint the problem. I hope this helps.
