Hi Robert, I'm more than happy to help. Upon checking, 621-498 is meant for standard cooling, while 621-134 is for heavy-duty cooling. One will not work for the other. The easiest way to tell them apart is by checking the connector. Standard cooling has a square connector, and the heavy-duty has an oval connector. Hi Jadd, Yes, the radiator fan can help with the overheating but, there are other factors that may be the cause of why the vehicle is overheating.
