Yes, this radiator fan w/ Louver-type is a guaranteed fit for your 2009 Volkswagen Passat Komfort 4 Cyl 2.0L, 5th Generation, Sedan. This radiator fan does not come with the a/c module. It only comes with the fan motor, blade, and fan shroud assembly.

No it does not come with the fan module. I had to remove the old one off of the old shroud and install in the new shroud. Fit like a glove!
