It fit very well. The worst part was having to remove part of the top.

Hi Irvin,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologize if the cowl seal did not fit as it should and it required modification. I saw that on our website it was advertised as a direct fit. When I checked the manufacturers website, I found out that it was only going fit a 1987 – 1990 Wrangler YJ. I have already requested to update the listing of this product to ensure that this will not happen again. I have also sent you an email related to this concern. Please check your inbox.
