Question: I have a 2020 f-150 XL Currently I don’t have cruise control ( 100A ) If I purchase and install this switch SW 7449, will that give me cruise control or is more needed ?A Shopper / Nov 15, 2020

This is only a replacement switch for models equip with cruise control. There are other parts needed for a vehicle to have a cruise control. Please contact your local dealership for more details.
