Hi Kelly, I'm glad to assist you. No, this is not compatible. There are 2 or more matching head gasket set that you have to choose from. The one with engine ID code, ED3 with or without PZEV. There is also with engine ID, EDG with PZEV. The last option is with GEMA engine type, DOHC. please determine the correct one that you need by checking your owner's manual or repair service manual.
