i put one of these on my 71 maverick, i had a terrible cracked dash. after a quick sanding and a whipe down it looked like i had a brand new dash. clipped right on, held itself. my only complaint is that it came textured and the OEM did now, however in my specific case, the dash replacement piece stands out from the mettal dash and looks fine. i highly recomend this to everyone, and jc whitney got it to me in like 2 days.

Hi Jim,
This sticks on top of the existing dashboard with an adhesive compound.
