The service and product are excellent. Unfortunately there was a trimming cut that made the dash cover unusable. I called Kay at customer service and she helped me get the information they needed to supply a replacement cover in short order. New cover received and it is a perfect fit. Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Dec 01Yes, it I not exactly smooth like a factory install as it will have a small cut out cover but nicely finished. The dash cover is the best solution that I have found to cover a Lexus dash. Just make sure you use plenty of silicone when installing everything and weight it down until dry for best install.

Answered by Don F. / Tue, Dec 01It has the cover, separate from the whole piece to ensure air bag deploys without obstruction. Looks great just ensure you put a lot of sealant under cover to properly stick to dash.

Hi Joseph,
Yes, this would come with the silicone adhesive for it to attach to the edges. There would be some instructional as well for you to know where to put certain areas of adhesive on the dash cover to stick properly to the old dashboard of yours.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Jan 11Yes, but the adhesive is a silicone product that was hard to squeeze from the tube and did not stick in several places. I was told by customer service that I could remove the dash cover and scrape off the old adhesive and reinstall it. I plan to do this in the spring and will use a different silicone adhesive product! The dash cover looks great otherwise. Good luck.
