The service and product are excellent. Unfortunately there was a trimming cut that made the dash cover unusable. I called Kay at customer service and she helped me get the information they needed to supply a replacement cover in short order. New cover received and it is a perfect fit. Hi Cathy, thank you for reaching out. Yes, it does. This item is an overlay and goes on top of the existing dashboard. This product uses silicone adhesive for installation.
