No you don’t. Make sure to do a test fit before putting on the adhesive. May have to sand some corners down. Other than that fits great. Easy install

No you do not, you need to keep that. That is your base,be sure to have two people to place new cover so to get it lined up just right before it glues

Yes it does, but the dash cover fits so well you can not use airbag cover and it looks great
