Beautiful, this fits right over the dash perfectly. I just wish it came with the defrost vent louvers already in or even as a separate part. That is what dry rotted on my 1991 Chevy Silverado. Install was pretty easy, even for a 69 yr old lady!

Excellent service. I ordered a dash cover overlay for my 2004 Toyota Four Runner. A helpful representative called me suggesting I had perhaps ordered too light a gray, and recommended the dark gray cover. She was right!

Yes, this dash cap will still fit securely as the attachment of this is through a silicone adhesive.

Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Nov 10The surrounding plastic was broken away from the 3 bolts on my dash. After installing the dash cover, the dash still shakes and rattles but not as much as prior to installation.

Answered by Gary R. / Tue, Nov 10It’s just a thin piece of plastic like material that is flexable to go around the dash. It just glues over the original dash. So no it would not secure the original dash down.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Wed, Feb 17I went to a VIN decoder site and found the code as 13.
From the glove box sticker, I found the code as 13D.
Then, from a truck forum, I found this reply to a similar question, "Interior trim colors changed several times over the years. The 13I you mentioned is generally from a 90-94. 13D is considerably darker and is typically seen on 96-up. This is 13I, or light gray, as seen in a '94 model here:"
So I'm thinking Dark Grey? If so what is the correct part number so I can order?
