Make sure the bolts are the same thread as your stock ones. They did give me $15 for the wrong bolts,I though that was cool.

the threads on the bolts that came with the cover was not right. but luckily i figured it out on my own! be careful i had to use my original rusty bolts.

Question: I’m looking for a chrome rear differential cover for my 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 standard cab which has a 10 bolt differential cover on it, and I’m having a VERY hard time finding one. On a couple websites it says that the Transdapt 9037 cover fits my truck, but then 3 other sites say that it doesn’t fit my truck. So frustrating!!! And most of the reviews I’ve read on that part say that the bolts that come with it aren’t the right thread pattern for their trucks. Which leads me to believe that it probably doesn’t fit.
