CARPARTS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I purchased a distirutor from Carparts on 10/12/20 and they instantly charged my credit card for the full price even tho they promised me a $10 credit adjustment to price match. It took over 2 weeks, 3 phone calls and countless promises by customer service to put the credit adjustment thru. I don't like to be taken advantage of or worse lied to. Plus the part that I got was not NEW as advertised, but was refurbished. The aggravation was not worth it. Not good customer service.
