Dear Sirs.
Both the products and the related service could not be better.
However, please note that it was not necessary for me to use either the fine window or the related
regulator which I purchased a couple of days after receiving the window.
The problem with the stuck driver window turned out to be a failed master switch.
Accordingly, I would like to return both items at your convenience.
Both are in exactly in the same new condition as when received, as neither one was installed.
The regulator's box is still as sealed by you, and I never opened it.
Kindly advise me how to proceed.
