Replacement glass arrived intact and packed well, basically double-boxed. Product was fine except for one of the mounting tabs were about a 1/4" off. Even if they were moved across the edge, they still would not have lined up with the window motor's mounting plate-- so the shape of bottom of the glass is actually slightly off.
I got around this by drilling a second hole through both, details in the accompanying pictures and captions. The repair was made only a few weeks ago but has been secure despite the tab being only partially intact.
