That is one of the upper hinges. I'd have to look at my truck to see whether it's the left or right. I could not find the lower hinge on CarParts web site. The lower hinge will go on either side. On the upper hinges the offset screw is on the lower side of the hinge as mounted on the truck. The offset also goes toward the outside of the door.

These are upper hinges only and are not interchangeable. Look at the offsets on the hinge, that makes them exclusively for the left or right side. The lower hinge does not have the offsets in them, therefor they are interchangeable from right to left.

Upper hinge for both doors. I thought about searching for lower hinges but after replacing the upper with these, fixed the door/window/gap issues.

Yeah I thought the same thing. Should have check the box when I got it instead of a year later finally getting to the job. It's 2 top hinges. So I have 4 upper hinges now. Gonna try and sell a set. So be careful what you buy here. Especially fenders that are not oem
