Had to use the original clip for the door pull handle as one of the attachment prongs on the replacement broke off. Switched it out and no problem.

Door lock actuators work great so far. Only thing is the clip that holds the rod doesn't clip on the rod, had to take clip off the old original unit.

I had a 2009 Cadillac CTS. I needed a past side front door latch. But Could not get the right latch. I tried the rear latch in the front door from the same side of the vehicle and it worked. So that is what I ordered and installed it, and it worked. The latches must be from the same side of the car. I would try the rear latch in the front door to see if it works and if it does order a rear latch

No it will not fit. You must get the driver side actuator.

No, the front doors are different than the back doors. And make sure you get the front passenger actuator, not the driver side actuator. I had to replace both on my 08 CTS at different times.
