Fits & operates just like the OEM part. The shape of the assembly at the electrical connection is slightly different than the factory part, but it doesn't affect installation at all.

Don’t know everything about your application. You fail to mention the year excursion, or which side. It appears that this part fits some excursions drivers side rear door.
