They work, you have to screw them together to be like pictured. I had none, so definitely better than that, but over all they are great looking. I could see a one piece mold lasting longer, but they are decent

You may want to consider purchasing a trim fastener and molding removal kit, good to have as an addition to your home and garage tools.
