Answered by Aldrin P. / Sat, Aug 22Yes when i have ordered it and it showed up at my dior and i opened the package it had everything down to the 6 bolts for the trans side and yes it was new never used it was very easy to install but it did take some time it is well worth it deffinantly getting from car parts .com everywere else i checked the price was almost tripled and thru car parts i was very satisfied and it came complete i hope this answers what u was looking for ...yes it is new and happy thank you and have a great day
