Question: Does the gasket come with the EGR valve ?A Shopper / Dec 02, 2020
When I order mine it did come with the gasket. Make sure you also buy the special glue/paste from any Auto zone store. It does not come with the glue. I almost made the mistake of just slapping it on but a friend told me you must put the glue on the gasket then install. Just explain to a worker at Auto zone you need the glue for this valve and they will give you the correct one.

EGR stands for Exhaust Gas Recirculation. The EGR valve is a part of the vehicle's exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system, an emissions system that is designed to recirculate exhaust gases back into the vehicle's intake in order to reduce cylinder temperatures and NOx emissions.
