The exact part i needed without the nonsense of needing to reprogram it or send of my vehicle VIN and odometer reading (my truck is so old it is really irrelevant).
I tried sourcing this part from a brick and mortar part store previously and they wanted to give me a run around. Save yourself time and headache and just get it from here.

No, this Engine Control Module requires programming or tuning after installation. You will have a check engine light until further tuning is completed. We recommend bringing it to the dealership or your local auto shop that has the tools to program this part.
