Good product for the money. Not totally perfect fit. Had to drill 4 holes at back side right in front of tires. Dorman's product label on container showed part number and contents, however, it listed fasteners but they were not included. Called Dorman about it, they said label was a misprint.

The slash guard comes with all the needed hardware to install it. Perfect fit! Owners need to understand the importance of this panel and never remove it without re-installing it. Without the guard in place, the air flow to the engine is affected which could cause damage because of improper cooling.
