Hi Doug, Yes, this center engine splash shield with part number REPT310120 is one piece and is compatible with the 2007 Toyota Prius. You may need up to 6 parts: Two wheel well guards, a right and left engine shield, this front-center shield that overlaps the engine shield, and a 'spoiler', the long slender plastic part that bolts on underneath and across the front bumper. Also get a sack of plastic push-rivets (I used GOOAC GRC-32, they fit OK). If your car is a little beat-up, the mounting holes may not be where they should be, so cable ties can be useful. Some special clips are used here and there - save what you can, but you can usually improvise or get them from a dealer. Pay close attention to how & where the existing shields are attached, and where certain types of fasteners are used - photograph what you have left before removing it. And a high-pressure car wash of the wheel wells and splash area beforehand will help. Enjoy!

Shield does not come with hardware, Hopefully you can reuse existing hardward. However if missing some pieces, new screws/clips can be ordered through most Toyota dealships at a modest price.
