I'm not sure if it's a factory part but it didn't exactly fit as a replacement. My dad has to secure it with zip ties. As for the oil change, I don't know if it has to be removed.

This cover will only fit 2 wheel drive models. All 4 wheel drive models 2017 and up do not come with a pan cover. You can modify this cover to fit by cutting of the rear tabs that rise out of the flat cover. Then it fits perfectly.
