No bolts. You’ll need to use the existing or buy new plastic push rivets. You can search on-line and get a bag of 10-50, whatever you want. The extras can be used in other areas of the car.

It doesn’t use bolts.you need the plastic fastener like the ones that holds your trunk liner in place...
