Used this for my 1995 Accord on the inlet end of the catalytic converter and on the outlet end of the center exhaust pipe and both cases had issues. At the catalytic converter ID was too small and at the center exhaust pipe the OD was too big. I picked out and snipped some wire webbing for the ID issue. I had to cut the springs on the spring bolts for the OD issue since the flanges were further apart.

It fit perfectly, I tapped it into place with hammer and small piece of wood so I would not bend it up.

Very easy to replace. Once you break off the spring loaded bolts very easy to install. Scrape off old gasket first and clean exhaust pipe. Make sure you save spring and use 10x60mm bolts as replacement. A bushing for bolts important. As soon as the gasket heated to the proper temperature the exhaust flange from rear catalytic and central muffler sealed really nice. No more exhaust leak and no more noise. Excellent gasket. Great replacement.
