Hi Matt , I'm glad to assist you. This does not come with the gasket and you will have to use the original hardware to install this one. This fits 2007 to 2010 Jeep Wrangler, all submodels, all Engines, not legal for sale or Use on Vehicles Registered In CA. Please click the 1st link below to order this part once you are ready as we guarantee fitment. We do carry the exhaust manifold gasket with part number 4892409AA for the driver side.
