Only 2 studs. You will need to buy the manifold bolt kit as you should replace the studs when replacing the exhaust manifold

passenger side = right side. but you'll need a metal Ford gasket because this gasket is junk

Please make sure to keep the 8 other bolts (not included) from the exhaust holes to be reused for installation. The gasket is a paper gasket, you will need a metal gasket...I had to pay for install then I had to pay another shop to remove gasket and install a metal one. It only came with 2 studs(?) I think you'll need more than that. I didn't need any.
