I purchased a walker muffler strap (walker 36153) yesterday for my daughters 2003 cavalier & when I went to put it on I had a very hard time sliding into bracket on the car. It is not the same design as oem so I had to improvise by oiling the hanger bracket & forcing it. eventually I got it in but was much harder than it should have been. I asked for the other brand that was online but he said they were out. if I had known about this I would have gone around the corner to O'reillys & saved $6 . when I asked for the other brand I saw online they said they were out. when I checked this a.m. they only show the walker brand now. whats up with that??

Excellent phone support, since the exploded view showed a conflicting part number. Received the item and found it was more difficult to remove the existing mount than to install the new one. (It would be just about impossible to install this strap without removing the hanger/insulator from the frame and reinstalling as one piece.) Perfect fit.
