Fit perfectly, didnt have to do any adjusting for the bumper. Sounds great, not obnoxiously loud but definitely louder and deeper than stock. Worth the money.

Bolted on at Midas for about $300 car sounds good and I think it's faster. The sound is a deep low growl. I am happy with the way it looks too especially the tip.
